ADC&RO Phek, T. Moa Lemtor, NCS, informs notice of Election that:
- An election is to be held of a Member to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the 19 Phek Assembly Constituency
- Nomination papers may be delivered by a Candidate or by any of his proposers to the Returning Officer or to Samuel Thyug, Assistant Returning Officer, at the Office Chamber of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Phek between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on any day (other than public holiday) not later than 3:00 PM on 07-02-2023.
- Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;
- The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 11:00 AM on 08/02/2023 (Wednesday) at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, & Returning Officer 19 A/C Phek.
- Notice of withdrawal of Candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the Officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3:00 PM on the 10/02/2023 (Friday).
- In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27/2/2023 (Monday) between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
