The notice has been given by ADC & Returning Officer Longasen Lotha and Ruokuosetuo Tetso EAC & Assistant Returning officer to all staff under DC & District Election Officer Tseminyu, sector officers, micro observers, EEM/SST/FST personnel and government officials/staff requisitioned for election duty at the office of DC & DEO Tseminyu for the ensuing 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly election 2023 under 12th Tseminyu A/C to collect the form-12 application for the postal ballot from the office of the DC Tseminyu postal ballot/ ETPBMS cell on the 3rd & 4th February 2023 and submit the filled up application to the postal ballot/ETPBMS cell at DC office Tseminyu on or before the 9th of February 2023 during office hrs.

Polling personnel drafted for election duty vide order No.DCT/ELEC-12 /PERNL/2022/679 dated Tseminyu the 1st February 2023 are also directed to collect form-12 application for the postal ballot at the Training venue i.e Baptist Higher Secondary School Tseminyu-postal ballot Facilitation center on the day of the training and submitted the filled up applications to the postal ballot/ETPBMS cell at DC office Tseminyu on/before 9th of February 2023 during office hours. Further, the Returning officer shall issue a separate order for the facilitation of form-12 for government/private drivers requisitioned election duty for the ensuing 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly election 2023 under Tseminyu District.
