Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Zunheboto, Rahul Bhanudas Mali, IAS in a notification stated that in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 160 to Section 165 of the Representation of People Act 1951 and consequent upon the Notification of the Government of Nagaland, Home Department GAB-I NO. GAB-I/GEN-14/ELE/2020/dated, Kohima 20th January 2023 and further in pursuance to the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland: Kohima letter No. ELE/CDT-236/2016 dated 19th January 2023 and No. ELE/CDT-236/2016 dated 28th January 2023, all concerned private vehicle owners/ drivers under Zunheboto District whose vehicle has been requisitioned for the conduct of the General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 have been directed to report at 10:00 AM at Local Ground, Zunheboto on 6th February 2023 along with vehicle documents and Requisition Order (Original) and collect Form 12 (Postal Ballot).

Failure to comply with this order, strict action shall be initiated against the vehicle owners/ drivers and shall be booked under relevant Sections of the law.
