Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS has informed that the 2nd Round of Training for Polling Personnel/Election Officials will be held on 10th and 11th February 2023. Venue and time will be as mentioned.

Presiding Officer and Polling Officer-1 (Male & Female) on 10th February from 9:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M at Mayangnokcha Govt Higher Secondary School. 4th Grade (Male & Female) on 10th February 2023 from 10:00 A.M at the Auditorium MGHSS, Polling Officer-2 and Polling Officer-3 (Male & Female) on 11th February from 9:00 A.M to 12:00 Noon at Mayangnokcha Govt. Higher Secondary School.

All the 4th Grade Staff and those who are yet to submit have been informed to bring along 2(Two) recent coloured passport photo on the day of training. Name and serial number of the duty list should be clearly mentioned on the back of the passport. All the polling personnel should reach the venue by 8:30 A.M. form-12 for Postal Ballot will be issued on the day of training.
