Sub-Divisional Officer (C) and Returning Officer for 27 Mokokcung Town AC & 28 Koridang Mokokchung AC, Shelley Katiry has informed to all concerned, particularly the contesting candidates and the additional agents for expenditure, that the inspection of the Expenditure Register of each candidate by the Expenditure Observer in respect of 27 Mokokchung Town AC and 28 Koridang AC, shall be conducted in the office chamber of the RO 27 AC and 28 AC, Deputy Commissioner’s Office Mokokchung as per the schedule mentioned below:

Inspection date: 15.02. 2023 - 27 Mokokcung Town AC at 10:30 am, 28 Koridang AC at 2:30 pm; 21.02.2023 - 27 Mokokchung Town AC at 10:30 am, 28 Koridang AC at 2:30 pm and 26.02.2023 - 27 AC and 28 AC at 2:30 pm.

Failure to produce election expenditure register for inspection on the day fixed for this purpose shall tantamount to failure to maintain day to day account of the election expenditure as required under Section 77 of the Representation of People Act,1951.
