ADC Tuli has reminded all the contesting candidates and political parties in obtaining due approval, permission, and authorization for vehicles campaigns, rallies, processions, meetings, use of loudspeakers, and setting up of election offices/camps to ensure a smooth and peaceful process of election. ADC Tuli further reiterated that conducting any election-related activity without prior approval/permission or submission of false/ wrong information will amount to breaching the model code of conduct and invite penalties as per related provisions of the law.
