Deputy Commissioner Phek, Kumar Ramnikant IAS informed that there will be a Tribal Artisan Mela (TAM) on 18th and 19th May 2023 at Phek town Hall under the new scheme "Marketing & Logistics Development" for Promoting Tribal Products from the North Eastern Region (PTP NER) under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.

Therefore, all local artisans have been requested to come and attend the Mela with sufficient samples of their products so that the Selection Committee can select the items/products and bring them within the ambit of the Supply Chain of Tribes India.

He also informed that TA/DA would be paid to all participating Artisans.
