Attention of all concerned is hereby drawn to Government of Nagaland, Home Department, Political Branch Notification No. CON-3/PAP/65/10 dated 9th December 2019 with regard to issuance of Inner Line Permit (ILP) for various categories.

As per the provisions of the aforesaid notification, Registration Certificate from the concerned institution situated in Nagaland is required for students for getting an ILP initially and subsequently, the valid Identity Card issued by the concerned institution shall be considered as Deemed Inner Line Permit.

Heads of all Schools (Government & Private) functioning within the State of Nagaland are hereby directed to sensitize students, teachers, non-teaching staff and parents regarding the above provision and also to ensure that all students studying in their institutions are issued valid Identity Cards.
