The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA) will be conducting a mock drill on IT blackout & cyber- attack from 11:00 AM on the 27th of June 2023 in collaboration with:

1. Department of Telecommunication, Government of India, Dimapur, Nagaland.
2. Department of IT & Communication.
3. Nagaland Police Telecommunication Organization.
4. Cyber Crime PHQ, Kohima.
5. National Informatics Centre (NIC), Nagaland.
6. NIELIT, Meriema.
7. Bharat Sanchar Nigham Limited, Nagaland.
8. Bharti Airtel.
9. Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
10. Vodafone Idea Limited.
11. SymBios Creations Private Limited

The sites earmarked for the IT blackout mock drill are:

1. Secretariat Conference Hall, Kohima as Staging Area
2. The incident sites identified are the Directorate of IT&C, BSNL Office, and SWAN Data Centre.
3. The Command Control Centre will be SEOC, NSDMA & Cyber Crime Branch, PHQ.
4. The TSP which does not have an office in Kohima, will set up a makeshift office at the Directorate of IT & C.
