On 27th July 2023, The University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education, Government of India, directed all Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) to display the link to the UGC e-Samadhan Portal on their respective websites. The UGC e-Samadhan Portal serves as a platform to address grievances and concerns related to Higher Education Institutions. The portal offers a structured and efficient mechanism for resolving issues related to admissions, examinations, scholarships, fee refunds, and other academic aspects.

Prof. Manish Joshi, Secretary of UGC, issued the notification to enhance publicity and awareness among students and faculty members. By providing easy access to the UGC e-Samadhan Portal through the institution's website, students and faculty members are empowered to seek appropriate redressal when needed.
