Deputy Commissioner Longleng Dharam Raj has issued a notice regarding road maintenance between Changtongya and Dikhu Bridge on Changtongya Longleng road. Effective from August 1st, 2023, and until further notice, there will be restricted movement for all types of vehicles, including Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs), from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am daily.

Travelers have been advised to avoid using this route during the mentioned hours and instead take an alternative route via Longleng – Chingtok (IR Camp) – Netnyu – Merangkong.
