The Office of the District Welfare Officer, Mokokchung has informed all concerned beneficiaries drawing Old Age Pension, Widow Pension and Disability Pension under National Scheme (NSAP) that the payment for the beneficiaries with Active Bank Account for the period 2021-22 (for six month) has been transferred to the concerned bank account on the following dates: Nagaland Rural Bank 1st September 2023, Indian Bank 4rd September  2023, NStCB Ltd 5th September 2023, IDBI 6th September 2023, Bank of Baroda, Ungma Branch 15th September 2023 and SBI 16th September 2023.

Those beneficiaries under NSAP with inoperative/Dormant Bank Account and State Old Age Pension Beneficiaries, payment will be made in cash with effect from 21st September 2023 at District Welfare Office, Mokokchung during office working hours. The payment scheduled according to Range/Village/Ward are as follows:- Mokokchung Town 21st & 22nd September 2023, Ongpangkong 25th & 26th September 2023, Asetkong 27th September 2023, Langpangkong 29th September 2023, 3rd & 4th October 2023, Jangpetkong 5th & 6th October 2023, Tsurangkong 7th & 9th October 2023 and Japukong 10th & 11th October 2023.

Further, it has been informed that the authorized persons for those beneficiaries, who cannot come personally, should produce Life Certificate of the beneficiaries from the concerned Pastor of the Church in their jurisdiction along with the Pension payment Book of the beneficiaries to draw the pension benefits.
