In preparation for the Special Summary Revision of the Photo Electoral Roll, the draft publication event took place on October 27, 2023, at the Chumoukedima DC Conference Hall. The event was attended by the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) of 4-Ghaspani I & 5-Ghaspani II, the supervisor, and representatives from all concerned National and Regional political parties in Chumoukedima District.

During the event, Dr. Kuzonyi, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Chumoukedima, provided important information. The period for filing claims and objections for preparing, revising, and updating the electoral roll is set to conclude on November 30, 2023. The disposal of claims and objections is scheduled to be completed by December 26, 2023.

Dr. Kuzonyi emphasized the significance of members performing their duties diligently and adhering to the stipulated timeline for submissions, as claims and objections beyond the specified deadline will not be entertained.
