Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra was officially launched at multipurpose hall, Mon village on 6th Dec 2023 with Deputy Commissioner Mon Ajit Kumar Verma IAS as the Special Guest.

            Addressing the gathering, the Special Guest shared the intent of the Government of India to bring the flagship schemes to the doorstep of the beneficiaries. He added that similar campaign is being conducted throughout the state and the country. He urged the public to avail the opportunities from the services offered by the various line department present at the campaign.

The inaugural program was chaired by Merishan Ezung EAC, Mon who highlighted the main purpose of the Campaign which is to raise awareness through outreach activities to achieve saturation of the flagship schemes of the Government of India and to ensure that the flagship schemes reached the target beneficiaries at the grass root level. Success stories were shared by the beneficiaries who benefited from the various flagship schemes. 

            The service available on the spot includes free medical camp by the Medical Department, registration of CMHIS Ayushmann Bharat, PM Ujjwala registration, KCC PM Kisan from SBI and Aahdaar enrolment.
