Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Rohit Singh IAS has notified in an order the enforcement of the provisions of Section 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945. All pharmacy retailers selling Schedule X or H/HI Drugs over the counter within Tseminyu District have been advised and directed to maintain the necessary prescription registers and ensure installation of CCTV cameras inside and outside their respective shops at the earliest.  This order is issued in the interest of public health and safety and to enforce the necessary provisions under relevant of laws in this regard.

The order comes into force with immediate effect and is issued for compliance of all concerned.
