Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Nagaland, Kohima has informed all State Government employees that in pursuance to the initiative of the Office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India, the SMS & Web based IT Project has been launched for the benefit of State Government employees. This IT Project is SMS based and encapsulates entitlement functions like Pension, GPF and GE. The SMS & Web based IT Project aims to bring transparency at every stage of Pension, GPF and payslip/Leave/Leave encashment finalization by providing SMS to their registered mobile number

For Pension- The retiring officials will be intimated during receipt, clarification required if any and finalization of pension case. The SMS will provide website link and temporary User ID & Password (which has to be changed after logging in) to download the digitally signed Personal copy of Pension authorities (PPO intimation slip, GPO, CPO). To avail this facility pensioners are requested to furnish mobile numbers along with their pension documents

For GPF- The GPF subscribers will be intimated for receipt and finalization of their respective GPF final payment case. The SMS will provide website link and temporary User ID & Password (which has to be changed after logging in) to download the digitally signed Personal copy of the GPF final payment authority.

On receipt of User ID & Password, the User may follow the following steps to download their respective Pension/GPF/GE authority.
Go to the link https://smswebservicesagaenagaland.cag.aov.in
Enter User ID & password received through SMS.
Enter Captcha and click 'Login'.
After login click 'Download' to download their respective Pension/GPF/GE authorities.
User may also select 'Reset Password' to reset their respective password after login.
