Deputy Commissioner, Kohima Kumar Ramnikant, IAS has issued a notification stating that the city bus service route from Tinpati - Don Bosco College - Kohima College - New Secretariat and vice versa has been notified in the interest of Public Service.

The scheduled routes are Starting & End Point- Census Point, Drop/Pick up Point at DBS College and Kohima College, and Exit & Return Route- Billy Graham Road/New Secretariat.

The operation of city bus services on this route shall commence on trial basis with immediate effect.

Further, DC Kohima issued a Public Advisory whereby all drivers and vehicle owners have been advised to display contact numbers on vehicle windshields while parking in the city areas to assist traffic management.

Moreover, the ANTA taxis are to mandatorily display details of drivers and contact numbers on vehicle windshields.
