Under the aegis of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) initiative, the District Administration in collaboration with Sankalp - District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) Mission Shakti Niuland successfully organized an educational study tour for 26 girl students from GHS Nito, GMS Nikhekhu and Niuland on 15th March 2025.
The study tour took the enthusiastic students to the Nagaland Science Centre in Dimapur. The interactive visit aimed to foster a spirit of curiosity, creativity, and confidence among the young participants.
EAC, Kelengunuo Solo graced the occasion and inspired the students to dream big, work hard and never give up on their aspirations. She emphasized the importance of education and encouraged the students to become future leaders and change-makers of the nation.
The study tour was part of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Niuland efforts to promote education, empowerment, and inclusivity among young girls in the region.
