Phek District Administration organized farewell program in honour of outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Phek, John Tsulise Sangtam, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Roupfukuotuo Noudi and EAC, Kum Nengpichong Singsit, held at DC's Conference Hall, Phek on 22nd April 2025.
In his farewell speech, the outgoing DC, John Tsulise Sangtam expressed his appreciations towards his subordinate administrative officers under Phek district, SP and his DEF team Phek, 5th NAP Phek, officers and staffs of various departments for their sincerity in carting out their assigned duties throughout his stayed as DC Phek, particularly in the last Lok Sabka and Municipal Election.
The Outgoing ADC, Ruopfukuotuo and outgoing EAC, Nengpichong NCS, also delivered their farewell speeches during the program.
Speaking on behalf of District Planning & Development Board, SP Phek, Dr. Pritpal Kaur Batra, IPS said the outgoing DC Phek, John Tsulise Sangtam was a very experienced and an enthusiastic kind of person which enabled district officers as members of DPDB to attend their assigned jobs successfully under his leadership.
ADC Pfutsero, Mhalo Humtsoe and ADC Chozuba, Dr. Diana Patton delivered speeches on behalf of the Administrative Officers of the district.
CPO President, Vezuhu Keyho and President, Chakheshang Mother's Association, Zhonelu Tunyi delivered speeches on behalf of Chakheshang Public.
District Head DB, Melusayi Rhakho spoke on behalf of the DC's staff. Rev Fr. Sivi George, Parish Priest of St. Mary Chut Lozaphuhu offered invocation, while Er. Mechietsho Koza, EAC Phek chaired the program.
