The 11th International Day of Yoga, observed at Phek on 21st June 2025 was organised by the District Administration, Phek, in collaboration with the District Youth Resource and Sports, Phek, where Yoga exercises were conducted from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. 

Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Rhosietho Nguori, NCS and District Officers, with youths from the Dept of Youth Resource and Sports, participated in the Yoga programme, conducted at the DC’s office, Phek.
