A District-level Dharti Aaba Janbhadari Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGUA) Awareness and Benefit Saturation Camp was successfully conducted at the Sechu Zubza Village Council Hall on 25th June 2025. The campaign has been initiated by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs Government of India and organized by the Office of the SDO-Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Sechu Zebza in collaboration with various line departments.
In his key note address, SDO (C) Sechu Zubza, Imliakum Sanglir highlighted the objective of the campaign. He emphasized the importance of public participation, awareness, and inter-departmental coordination to achieve 100% benefit saturation at the grassroots level and ensure that all the eligible beneficiaries are covered under various government flagship schemes.
A key highlight of the event was the one-on-one interaction between beneficiaries and the line departments. On spot services, enrolments, and registrations under various flagship schemes were also carried out.
During the program, the Medical Department highlighted schemes such as PM-JAY and CMHIS by Deputy CMO Kohima, Dr. Imchatoshi. CDPO Tribal Kohima, Jolayi Neinu, spoke on various government schemes under Social Welfare Department. The event was attended by representatives from various villages under Sechu Zubza Sub-division namely Menguzouma, Pedocha, Mezoma, Jotsoma and Khonoma. BDO Sechu Zubza, Niekerhieno Rutsa chaired the program.
