Pursuant to the provisions of Section 92(2), read with Sections 82 and 83 of the Nagaland Cooperative Societies Act, 2017, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Mon, Vikosielie Nagi has notified to all the non-functioning and dormant Cooperative Societies within Mon district that their identification has been cancellation. The list of such Societies has been displayed on the office notice board, and copies have been dispatched to the respective societies via registered post.

Accordingly, any listed society may submit a written appeal for the revival of its functioning to this Office within one month from the date of this notification. Failure to respond within the specified period will result in recommendation for cancelation to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nagaland 

This notification shall come with immediate effect.
