It is for the information of all the JEE (MAIN)-2025 appeared candidates that the Spot and final round counselling for CSAB-NEUT: 2025 is scheduled on 8^th August, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Conference Hall of Directorate of Technical Education, below Nagaland Secretariat, Kohima, against the program as indicated below. 

Interested candidates with a valid JEE (MAIN)-2025 score are informed to submit the application form to the office of the undersigned on or before 12:00 PM, 8^th August 2025.  

Documents required: ST, Indigenous Certificate, PRC, DoB Certificate, HSSLC mark sheet, JEE admit card, JEE score card, Medical Certificate format as per CSAB-NEUT, 3 nos of recent passport photographs, BT Certificate and one ID Proof (either PAN Card/ Aadhaar Card.  

Candidates who have withdrawn their allotted seats in rounds 1 & 2 as per the CSAB-NEUT 2025 schedule are also eligible to participate in the Spot Round counselling. Candidates who did not register for rounds 1 & 2 are also eligible to participate. The candidates have to pay the seat allotment/ acceptance fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only in cash, in the event he/she is selected in the Spot round Counselling as per CSAB-NEUT rule.

The application form will be made available in the office of the undersigned from 4^th August 2025.
