In exercise of the provisions as contained under Section 31 (1) of the Nagaland Municipal Act 2023, read with sub-rule (2) (iv) of Rule 20 and sub-rule (6) of Rule 27 of the Nagaland Municipal Election Rules 2023, the Deputy Commissioner of Phek is hereby designated as "Revising Authority" for the district on behalf of the State Election Commission for disposing of revision application that may be received in connection with scrutiny of nominations during the period of conduct of fresh election to Ward 11 (Zhipa) of Pfutsero Town Council.

The designated Deputy Commissioner shall, upon receipt of any revision application under sub-rule (6) of Rule 27, hear and dispose of such applications in the manner prescribed under sub-rule (7) thereof by or on the date specified for it in the 'Election Programme' which was notified on 26.09.2025.
