The District Commandant-cum-Deputy Controller, Kohima, Wopenthung Kikon has issued a circular informing that the First Phase of Civil Defence Training for Wardens and Volunteers will be conducted from 18th to 24th November 2025.

The training in the first phase will cover participants from Ward No. 1 to Ward No. 7. The remaining wards will be included in the Second and Third Phases, the schedules for which will be announced later.

All Wardens and Volunteers under the designated wards have been directed to report to the Office of the District Commandant, Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF, Kohima (Old Agriculture Directorate), AG Colony, Kohima, on 18th November 2025 at 9:30 a.m. sharp.

Participants are required to bring two recent passport-size photographs and a copy of their Aadhaar card at the time of reporting.
