The Finance Department (DBT Cell), Nagaland has notified that in pursuance of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Public Finance-States Division letter F. No. 44(1)/PF-S/2026-27 (CAPEX) dated 27th March 2026, and in continuation to this Department's Notification of even number dated 6th March 2026, all Departments implementing DBT-SPARSH schemes shall, with immediate effect, ensure strict adherence to the prescribed payment mechanism.
Accordingly, all benefit transfers to eligible beneficiaries under Central as well as State schemes must be made only through the Aadhaar Payment Bridge (APB) system. No alternative modes of payment shall be permitted henceforth, and all implementing agencies shall take necessary steps to align their processes, systems, and databases to ensure full compliance with this directive.
