The District Administration, Longleng launched the Nationwide IEC Campaign “Jan Bhagidaari – Sabse Door, Sabse Pehle” at the DC’s Office, Longleng on 18th May 2026.
The campaign will be conducted from May 18 to 25, with an aim to create awareness on welfare schemes and ensure delivery of government services and entitlements to tribal communities across the district.
Speaking at the launching program, Deputy Commissioner Longleng, W. Manpai Phom, NCS, called upon all departments to ensure effective implementation of the campaign activities in the villages.
The programme includes village-level awareness campaigns, beneficiary saturation drives, health camps, Aadhaar enrolment, welfare scheme facilitation, and grievance redressal sessions.
A review meeting will be held on May 25 to assess the progress of the campaign and discuss further follow-up measures.
