The Treasury Officer Peren, Itingaule Mpom has informed all the pensioners drawing monthly pension from the office of the Senior Treasury, Peren that the Annual physical Verification of Pensioners will be held circle wise from the Treasury Office, Peren from 12th October 2026 to 14th October 2026.

Verification Schedule circle wise are as follows: on 12th October 2026 will be for Tening Circle: on 13th October 2026 for Jalukie Circle, Ngwalwa Circle and Athibung Circle and on 14th October 2026 will be for Peren Circle.

For the Verification of Pensioners Treasury Officer Peren has further directed to all the Pensioners to produce the following documents on the day of Verification: Certified Copy of life certificate; Pensioner ID Card; Photo copy of Aadhaar Card; Photocopy of Bank Passbook and Passport Size Photograph (2 copies each).

Treasury Officer has also informed that, in case of mismatch of Name/ DOB in the Aadhaar and PPO Book. An Affidavit for Declaration of Name (as per PPO) issued by first-Class Magistrate is required to be produced.

Pensioners who have registered in Jeevan Pramaan portal and generated Digital Life Certificate and have mapped successfully with Pension Payment Application will be exempted from the upcoming Physical Verification.
