The Electoral Rolls of 16-Pfutsero A/C, 17-Chizami A/C, 18-Chozuba A/C and 19-Phek A/C of Phek district has been prepared with the Registration of Electors Rules,1960, and copies of each AC's E/Rolls are available for inspection of EROs, AEROs and BLOs offices during office hours.

The qualifying date for the preparation of Electoral Rolls is 01.10.2026. With reference to the above qualifying date, EROs of the four Assembly Constituencies under Phek district has informed to all concerned citizens that any claim for the inclusion of name/names in the E/Rolls or any objection to the inclusion of name/names or any objection to the particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 20.10.2026 in Form 6, 7 or 8 as may be appropriate.

It further stated that such claims and objection should either be presented in to the office of the respective EROs, AEROs and BLOs or sent by Post to the address: ERO/AERO/BLO not later than the aforesaid date.
