Help Desks and Special Camps: Adequate Help Desks/Special Facilitation Camps shall be established at suitable locations to assist persons requiring support, particularly vulnerable sections such as persons living in night shelters, labourers, poor persons, homeless persons and other eligible citizens requiring assistance.
Inclusion of Left-Out and New Electors: Any eligible person whose name has been left out during the SIR or thereafter, including young and first-time voters, may approach the concerned ERO/AERO for inclusion of their names in the Electoral Roll through the process of continuous updating, as per the applicable rules and procedures.
Special Enrolment Drive: The EROs, AEROs and BLOs in Mon District shall undertake a special drive for identification and enrolment of eligible left-out electors, including first-time voters, and shall extend all possible assistance in filing the requisite forms.
Public Cooperation: All eligible citizens of Mon District are requested to cooperate with the BLOs and other election officials and to provide the requisite information/documents, wherever called for, so that the Electoral Roll remains accurate, inclusive and up-to-date.
