Launching programme of the Noklak District Differently Able Persons Association was held at the DC conference hall on 16th November 2022, chaired by Kathyinla EAC Noklak HQ. 

The provisions and eligibility criteria of being a disabled person were briefed by CMO Noklak Dr. Victor. 

DC Noklak Hiazo Meru in his launching speech of NDDAPA said that disabled persons are in all societies and it is everyone's duty to love respect and help in all walks of their life and proper job reservation must be given to disabled persons. 

SP Noklak Dr. Pripal Kaur also expressed her love and affection for disabled persons by narrating the story of one of her family members, who is also disabled.

President of NDDAPA Heno expressed the problem of disabled people and urged the gathering to help in their struggle. 

SDO(C) Noklak Puniang delivered the vote of thanks for organizing NDDAPA for the welfare of disabled persons and said this will be an example to other districts also.
