ADC & Returning officer 12th Tseminyu Assembly Constituency (ST) Longasen Lotha has notified that:
- An election is to be held of a member to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the 12th Tseminyu Assembly Constituency (ST).
- nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate/ any of his proposers to him/Ruokuosetuo Tetso EAC & Assistant Returning officer 12th Assembly Constituency at the chamber of the ADC & Returning officer between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm on the day (other than public holidays)not later than 7th of February 2023.
- Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times aforesaid.
- The Nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at 11:00 am on 8th February 2023 at the office chamber of the ADC& Returning officer for 12th AC Tseminyu.
- Notice of withdrawal of Candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3:00 pm on Friday the 10th of February 2023.
- In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27th February 2023 between the hrs of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
