The New Tesen Youth Club (NTYC) and Mbaulwa Youth Club (MBYC) carried out road repair work on July 11, 2023. The youths repaired potholes and damaged portions of the road from Mbaulwa to the old Tesen boundary. This drive was undertaken as the stretch is one of the major roads for all commuters under the Tening sub-division, Peren. The clubs also expressed gratitude to both the village councils of New Tesen village and Mbaulwa village for their financial assistance in making the drive a success.
