The second round of training for the presiding officer and 1st polling personnel under Kiphire District for the forthcoming general Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly 2023 was held at GHSS Kiphire on 13th February 2023.

T Wati Aier, Deputy Commissioner Kiphire said that there was a shortage of staff, and everyone should cooperate with the administration.

General Election Observer, Sridhar Babu Addanki IAS exhorted all the polling personnel to concentrate on the training so as to perform their duties with diligence by taking care of the team. He also emphasized the need to get well acquainted with the Handbook for the presiding officer.

Police Observer Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor IPS requested the trainers to focus mainly inside the polling booth, if any violation happened in the polling station the security is there to handle so he informed them to concentrate on the voting process and the formalities inside the polling booth.
