In supersession to this Secretariat's letter of even number dated 26th October 2022, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to designate the following Officers as Appellate Authority, Public Information Officer (PIO) and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) under Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 in respect of Governor's Secretariat, Raj Bhavan, Kohima:- Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS,  Secretary to Governor- Appellate Authority; Dziesekuolie Kire, Deputy Secretary- Public Information Officer (PIO) and Jochule, Section Officer- Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO).
