1.      Hiring charge of Loudspeaker with amplifier and microphone.

-          rates 60-100watts Rs.1100/- per day.

-          150-2540 watts Rs.2200/- per day

-          400 watts Rs. 2700/- per day.

-          1000 watts Rs. 5500/- per day.

-          LCD Projector Rs. 2700/- per day.

2. Construction of podium /pandal -Rs. 1100/- per day.
3. Cloth Banner / Cloth Flags / Plastic - Handwriting Rs. 1100/- per day. Digital Rs. 40/- per day.
4. Posters/pamphlets/Handbills - As per cash memo.
5. Hoardings/Cutouts/ (wooden)- cutouts (cloth/plastic)- Rs.40/- per square feet.
6. Video Cassettes/ Audio cassettes - Rs.40/- Per cassettes.
7. Erection of gates (Bamboo) Erection of Arches (Bamboo)-Rs.60/- per bamboo.
8. Hiring charges of hotel rooms/guest houses- As per cash memo.
9. Charges of drivers, salary - Rs.3000/- per day per Or fixed salary.
10. Hiring charges for furniture (chairs, sofa, etc) - Rs. 5/- per plastic chair.
11. Hiring charges of hoardings sites from municipal authorities - As per cash memo.
12. Others items commonly used in a district (DEO to prepare a list of such items).
