Additional Deputy and Returning Officer Zunheboto in a notification stated that as

1.      An Election is to be held for a member to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly for 35AC Zunheboto (ST) Assembly constituency.

2.      Nomination papers may be delivered by a Candidate or by any of his proposers to Moakumzuk Tzudir ADC & Returning Officer or to Athrong SDO (C) & Assistant Returning Officer, at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner & Returning Officer, D.C Office Zunheboto, Nagaland between 11:00 AM and 3:00PM on any date (other than Public Holidays) and not later than 3:00 P.M of 7th February 2023.

3.      Forms of Nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.

4.      The Nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 11:00 AM on 8th February 2023 at the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner & Returning Officer, D.C Office Zunheboto Nagaland.

5.      Notice of withdrawal of Candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the Officers at their Office before 3:00 PM of 10th February 2023.

6.      In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27 February 2023 (Monday) between the hours of 7:00 AM and4:00 PM.
