Returning Officers (ROs) under Mokokchung District have notified on the issue of Form-Notice for an Election to be held of a member to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA).

ROs have informed that nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his/her proposers to the ROs or to ARO between 11: 00 A.M to 3:00 P.M on any working day not later than 7th February 2023, which is the last day of Nomination.

The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 11: 00 A.M on 8th Feb. 2023 at the office Chamber of respective ROs.

Further, ROs informed that notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his/her proposers or by his/her election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the officers (RO/ARO) before February 10, 3:00 P.M. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27th February from 7: 00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
