SOCIAL WORK IN KOHIMA ON 5th JUNE  

In pursuance of the directive of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MOHUA) and as per a meeting held with Ward authorities held on 02-05-2023 for the culmination of the Meri LiFE, Mera Swaehh Sheluir campaign, it was decided that there will be mass cleanliness drive within all 19 Wards of the municipality on 5 June 2(123 (World (Environment Day) from 6:00 AM onwards.

KMC Inspectors will inspect each Ward, which will also be included in the annual “Cleanliness Competition”.

Hence all Wards, Sectors, and Colonies have been requested to organize the Cleanliness drive within their respective jurisdiction. All citizens of Kohima municipality have also been requested to participate in large numbers and contribute towards a cleaner and healthier Kohima.
