In view of the partial clearance of the landslide debris on NH-702, Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) are now allowed to pass through the Changtongya-Longleng road from 6 AM to 6 PM w.e.f. 21/06/2023. The drivers of such vehicles have been advised to exercise utmost caution while passing through the affected area and avoid taking this route at the time of bad Weather/Foggy Conditions/Heavy rainfall. They have been advised not to halt/stop/park their vehicles in and around the landslide-affected areas in order not to risk their lives. 

However, the movement of heavy vehicles along the Longleng Changtongya is restricted until further notice.
