In supersession of the Urban Development Department Notification of even number dated 29.10.2019, the Government of Nagaland has appointed and designated the following Officers as Appellate Authority (AA), Public Information Officer (PIO), and Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) for performing the function under section 5 & 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act NO. 22 of 2005) under Urban Development Department, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima.
