The Indigenous game of Shot Put Competition was held at Pochury Morung on the 2nd day of the 23rd Hornbill Festival at Kisama, Naga Heritage Village.

Altogether 11 individuals from different tribes participated in the competition. The 1st Position was won by Asukha K. Zhimomi representing the Sumi Tribe with a cash prize of 6000/- and the 2nd and 3rd positions were won by Likho Garo and Shetha Chakhesang with Rs. 4000/- and Rs. 2000/-respectively.
