A meeting on the Internal Security Scheme was convened at the DC’s Conference Hall, Wokha, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, K Mhathung Tsanglao on 16th September 2026.

DC briefed the members on the objectives and necessity of the scheme, stressing its importance for safeguarding the district against any eventuality. The meeting comprehensively discussed overall preparedness measures, with emphasis on strengthening coordination among departments and ensuring readiness to respond effectively to potential challenges in Wokha district.
