In anticipation of the Third Session (Emergency Session) of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly scheduled for November 9, 2023, Khruohituonuo Rio, secretary–in–charge of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA), has provided details for the issuance of Car Passes and Official Gallery Passes.

            She stated that the distribution of passes will take place on November 8, 2023, during regular office hours, which are from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, as outlined below:

            All Ministers, Advisors, and Additional Heads of Departments (AHODs) have been instructed to collect their Car Passes and Gallery Passes from the Special Secretary (Home), Civil Secretariat, Nagaland, Kohima.

            All Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), as well as Personal Secretaries/Personal Assistants to the Members, have been directed to obtain their Car Passes from the Reception Counter Gate No-II at the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat.

            Heads of Departments (HODs), Information and Public Relations (IPR) personnel, and Media Persons are to retrieve their Car Passes from the Reception Counter at Gate No-I of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
