KOHIMA QUARANTINE CENTRES MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING HELD

The Kohima Quarantine Centres Management Committee held its first meeting under the chairmanship of DC Kohima & Convenor of the Committee, Gregory Thejawelie NCS in his Office Chamber on 25th May 2020.

    The meeting deliberated on various issues highlighted by different committees faced at the ground work in managing the system at the Centres. The committee decided to follow the present system, which has been put in place and to address the gaps wherever it required. It was also decided that proper guidelines for assigned Officers to oversee the activities at the Quarantine Centres will be work out by the District Task Force so as to ensure better functioning of the Centres. 

    As per the directive of the Government through the Empowered Group, the Kohima Quarantine Centres Management Committee has been constituted to oversee the day to day management of the Quarantine Centres located under the district with DC Kohima as the Convenor and members included ADC Kohima Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa; SDO (C) Sadar, Longasen Lotha; Sr. S.P Kohima, Kevithuto Sophie; CMO Kohima, Dr. Vezokholu; KMC Administrator, Kovi Meyase; EAC (Sadar), I. Changsang; DIO NIC, J. G Lorin while GM DIC, A. Temjen Jamir as member & Overall In-charge of Meriema & ATI Quarantine Centre and EE R&B South Div Er. Vizotuo Seletsu as member & Overall In-charge of K. Badze.
