The Kuki Students' Organisation Nagaland concluded its five days tour of Kuki Villages covering 17 villages under Peren District from 29th May to 2nd June, 2020 with a goal to spread awareness and sensitise the public on the issue of Covid-19.

The Organisation along with the Villages, Youth and Church leaders discussed strategies on how to run community quarantine centres instead of home quarantine as it is not practical for the villagers. 

Alongwith it, discussions and emphasis were also made on self-sustenance by growing more food crops, keeping in mind the current scenario.

            Further, the organisation thanked all those who extended their support materially, financially and morally and hopes that such collective efforts would continue to take place in dire times.
