In pursuance to the Rule 8 of ‘Nagaland Directorate Ministerial Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2025’ and Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department (Administrative Reforms Branch), Nagaland, Office Memorandum NO.AR/TRG-8/7/2026 dated 10.07.2026, the Administrative Training Institute has commenced the first batch ‘Mandatory Foundation Training’ for all Directorate Ministerial Staff Services on 13.07.2026.

            The one-month long training programme, comprising of three weeks classroom instruction followed by one week examination, will focus on topics related to Office Procedure and Management, Finance and Accounts Matters, Service Matters, IT, Soft Skills and Legal Matters with expert resource persons drawn from various government departments and ATI.
