In view of the upcoming Statehood Day Celebration and Hornbill Festival 2022, the Kohima District Administration has organised a Mass Social Work at Kohima on 30th November 2022 by involving various government departments, business establishments, wards and colonies within the district.

Various Departments assigned at different designated locations participated in the social work by cleaning the streets, clearing debris and garbages at the roadside and business establishments, wards and colonies cleaned up their respective areas. The machineries of the line departments were engaged for proper disposal of garbages during the social work.

The social work was led by ADC Kohima, Rhosietho Nguori as the over-all in charge, Administrator KMC and Sector Magistrates reviewed and monitored the Social Work in their respective areas.
