PM STREET VENDORS’ ATMANIRBHAR NIDHI (PM SVANIDHI) SCHEME IN NAGALAND
The Government of Nagaland, through the State Urban Development Agency and the Directorate of Urban Development, has released a notification regarding the Prime Minister Street Vendors’ Atmanirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANIDHI) scheme. This Central Sector Scheme, fully funded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, offers a Special Micro-Credit facility to street vendors, providing affordable loans through financial institutions at minimal interest rates since June 2020.

Sharingain Longkumer, the Speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly and Chairman of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC), has convened a meeting on August 29, 2023, at 11 AM in the Committee Room of the Assembly Secretariat. EAC NGWALWA INFORMS LAND PERMIT HOLDERS
EAC Ngwalwa, Sizin Renttah, has extended the renewal deadline for all land permit holders under the Ngwalwa EAC Office until September 15, 2023. Land permit holders have been requested to renew their permits on or before this date. Underdeveloped land with renewal lapses of five (5) years and above will be canceled without further notice after the deadline.
