The Department of Technical Education Nagaland has announced the provisional selected list of candidates who have applied for Diploma courses outside the state and Agri & Allied/Undergraduate Degree Courses for the academic session 2023-2024. These courses do not fall under the purview of NSEE/NEET/JEE. The merit-based list has been published on the Department's website: www.dtenagaland.org.in and on the Notice Board.

The District Administration and District Election Office, in collaboration with Tuensang District Badminton Association, will be organizing an Inter-High School Badminton Tournament from 28th-29th July 2023.

In response to multiple landslides caused by heavy monsoon rains and the potential for further landslides, a total restriction on the movement of all kinds of vehicles, including Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs), along the Longleng-Changtongya Road has been imposed for a period of thirty-six (36) hours. The restriction will be in effect from 23rd July 2023 (Sunday) 6 A.M.

The State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (SCPD) has initiated a Suo Motu Inquiry directed at the Municipal Affairs Department regarding the implementation of the 5% reservation for persons with disabilities in Housing Schemes within the State.
